Philosophy
Growing up in the Buckeye State working in the hay fields as a kid or playing sports, I have never been a stranger to hard work. I have always believed that hard work is the only work that will get you the results that you want to achieve in life. Going on 20 years of experience, I still love teaching a healthy lifestyle and making appositive impact in my clients’ lives.

Philosophy
I’ve been personal training for 5 years and have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clientele including pregnant women, youth and geriatric athletes, paraplegic athletes, and other special needs individuals. My goal is to use functional based training that best suits your needs and goals to challenge you physically and mentally while keeping the program informative, engaging, and enjoyable!

Philosophy
I saw myself at a young age helping or coaching people in self wellness and athletic care. My passion became a reality after serving in the military. I’m blessed to be in the fitness field for the last 15 years. I’ve been featured on Channel 10 WPLG news for rehab training and health awareness. I had the opportunity to work with NFL football and professional soccer players. My expertise is circuit, functional, balance, rehab, post-surgery, elderly, and life coaching. I look forward continuing to grow and learn with the amazing staff at Upload Fitness.
